As an SDR, you'll drive new business growth across the US and UK by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with prospective clients.
Using a strategic, multi-channel approach, you'll generate high quality opportunities, uncover business challenges, and create pipeline for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities
- Own your pipeline across the US and UK through targeted, multi-channel prospecting.
- Open doors with senior HR, benefits and business leaders, turning cold outreach into high-value commercial conversations.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities, influence deal strategy and contribute to winning new business.
- Work closely with Marketing to build and execute creative account-based outreach campaigns.
- Actively test messaging, sequences and channels, and bring what's working back to the wider team.
- Identify untapped opportunities, challenge conventional approaches and continuously test new ways to generate demand.
