While you care about your team’s growth, your primary mission is to deliver measurable results—creating a relentless focus on activity, quality, and outcomes that generate revenue, delights our customers, and progress sales careers.

Please note that this is an office-based role with 4 days a week in our Birmingham office located in the Mailbox.

  • Reporting – Report performance and key KPIs to leadership weekly and monthly, providing insights and recommended actions.
  • Pipeline Forecasting – Own SDR pipeline forecasting, identify gaps to target early, and provide accurate, data-led forecasts and action plans to leadership.

  • Seamless Handoffs – Guarantee a smooth, professional transition from SDRs to Sales—internally and for prospects—ensuring deals start strong.
  • Outreach Excellence – Work with the team to develop high-quality, multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, direct mail, etc.).
  • Outbound Performance – Build and drive a high-performing outbound engine, setting clear activity expectations and holding the team accountable for proactive prospecting, high-quality engagement, and consistent pipeline generation.
  • Early Risk Detection – Identify underperformance early and implement targeted improvement plans.
  • Talent Acquisition – Hire top performers into open roles and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for backfills.
  • Coaching & Development – Deliver ongoing 1:1 and group training sessions to sharpen skills, boost productivity, and prepare SDRs for closing roles.
  • Career Progression Path – Develop SDRs into Senior SDRs and then field sellers, building a strong internal talent pool for our field sales team and future sales leaders.
  • Process Improvement – Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline-to-revenue performance.
  • Collaboration – Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to optimize lead flow, targeting, and messaging.
  • Market & Product Expertise – Maintain a deep understanding of our product, industry, and competitors to ensure SDRs deliver compelling, customer-focused conversations.
  • Customer-First Mindset – Foster customer-first thinking, ensuring that every interaction builds trust, delivers value, and moves prospects closer to a sale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
