Salary: £75,000–£85,000 Base + OTE

We are hiring an experienced SDR Manager for a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS technology company based in Central London.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has successfully managed an outbound SDR/BDR team and enjoys building high-performing sales development functions in fast-paced startup environments.
You will take ownership of team performance, outbound strategy, coaching, pipeline generation, CRM discipline, messaging, sequences, and SDR development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a growing team of SDRs/BDRs.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Take ownership of outbound pipeline generation and SDR target attainment.
- Build, improve, and standardise outbound prospecting playbooks.
- Develop messaging, sequences, targeting strategies, and outreach processes.
- Monitor individual and team activity, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and reporting discipline.
- Identify performance gaps and coach underperforming SDRs toward target attainment.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to improve ICP targeting and sales enablement.
- Support the growth and scaling of the SDR function.
- Use sales intelligence and prospecting tools to improve outbound efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales development experience.
- Around 1–2 years of direct SDR/BDR management or team leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing an outbound sales development team.
- Strong understanding of cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, sequencing, and account targeting.
- Experience building or improving outbound sales processes and playbooks.
- Demonstrable experience coaching SDRs and improving team performance.
- Experience working within a startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environment.
- Strong analytical approach to SDR metrics, pipeline performance, and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with prospecting and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Amplemarket, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.

Strong Advantage
- Experience selling into HR, People, Talent, Finance, Operations, or employee-related functions would be particularly valuable.
- Candidates from HR technology, payroll, benefits, workforce management, employee experience, or similar B2B SaaS businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.
Location Requirement
- Candidates must be able to work from the Central London office at least 3 days per week.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
Compensation
- Base Salary: £75,000–£85,000
- OTE: Up to approximately £95,000
