Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to act as the frontline ambassador for one of the world’s most prestigious brands in medical technology: Siemens. Working within a well-established consultancy with 15 years of sales excellence, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities within hospitals and private clinics across the UK. This is an elite opportunity to master a sophisticated sales methodology while representing a global leader in healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 50 targeted outbound calls per day to key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Consistently generate 10+ high-quality outbound opportunities per month to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage all lead generation activity and data integrity through Salesforce.
- Execute a strategic outreach process based on established, proven methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging and penetrate complex accounts.

Required Experience
- Proven experience in a proactive outbound sales or lead generation role.
- UK-based with the ability to work standard UK business hours.
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional, affable, and persuasive phone manner.
- High level of coachability and a desire to continuously improve sales techniques.
- A determined mindset with the resilience to thrive in a high-activity environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling medical equipment or software into the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with the NHS and private clinic procurement landscape.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for pipeline management.
Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive contractor compensation.
- £200 incentive when target is achieved.
- £500 incentive for overperformance against target.
- Additional performance-based incentives may apply.
