Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, experienced B2B Sales Development Representative. This role is designed for a strategic hunter who understands how to navigate complex SaaS landscapes and engage senior decision-makers. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying key opportunities and setting the stage for long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the UK healthcare sector, specifically targeting private clinics and NHS hospitals.
  • Execute strategic outreach via cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking to engage key decision-makers.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls to understand the pain points of clinical staff and hospital administrators.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring seamless hand-offs to the Account Executive team.
  • Stay current on medical technology trends and the competitive landscape to position the solution effectively.
  • Maintain meticulous records of activity and lead progression within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation role
  • Direct experience selling technology or services into the healthcare sector (clinics or hospitals)
  • Strong understanding of the UK medical procurement landscape
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional executive presence
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing expansion team
  • Resilient mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding monthly targets
