About the Role

As an SDR, you’re the spark that brings this innovation to life. You’ll ignite first conversations with the contractors and developers shaping the built environment and help accelerate the industry’s move toward truly data-driven construction. Your conversations open the door to solutions that reduce waste, improve accuracy, and ultimately help the sector deliver better outcomes for communities and infrastructure across the region. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities by identifying target clients & conducting first contact and structured qualification.
  • Build and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline by consistently sourcing, managing, and progressing opportunities.
  • Act as an enabler for the sales organisation by ensuring smooth lead flow, accurate information, proactive follow-up, and supporting essential sales administration tasks when needed (e.g., team absences).
  • Engage confidently with prospects in a global environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to speak naturally and comfortably with people.
  • Arrange pre-sales and web-based demonstrations with prospects in collaboration with Product Specialists.
  • Maintain strong market awareness, staying informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support and organise lead-generation activities and optimise inbound lead quality.
  • Apply a strong sales development and hunter mindset, showing curiosity, drive, resilience, urgency, and a hunger for success.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in learning and developing within a sales career path, continuously improving performance.
  • Attend the office in London regularly for team collaboration, training, planning sessions, and internal alignment.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within the construction, software, or technology sector.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with strong prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-driven and highly autonomous, able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals and commercial strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand customer workflows, business drivers, and the commercial needs of construction and software environments.
  • Resilient, persistent, and motivated, particularly in outbound sales and high-activity roles.
  • Curious and eager to learn, especially when dealing with technical products or construction-related software solutions.
  • Effective team player with a proactive, positive mindset, capable of collaborating closely with sales colleagues, marketing, consulting, and product teams.
  • Good understanding of software and digital tools, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate product functionality.
  • Fluent English communication skills (C2 level) with the ability to deliver clear, engaging presentations across phone, email, and virtual meetings.
