Sales Development Representative - EdTech / Education Sector
📍 UK / Remote | Full-time (4.5 days a week with Friday afternoons off)
💰 £23,000–£25,000 basic | OTE £30,000–£32,000
Our client is a well-established, data-led organisation working across the education sector. As they continue to grow, they're looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded Sales Development Representative to join their sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a future in sales. If you’ve graduated in the last few years, are a great communicator with bags of energy, and have some exposure to sales or business development then this role might be for you!

Responsibilities in the role:
- Engaging prospects through phone, email and LinkedIn (or other creative channels!)
- Responsible for qualifying opportunities both inbound & outbound
- Booking meetings for the sales team and sharing pre-meeting notes
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Meeting activity metrics & targets
- Supporting the wider commercial team with pipeline development
- Keeping Salesforce CRM activity organised and up to date
Required Skills:
- Preferably educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Have some form of sales or business development experience
- A bubbly personality with a positive outlook
- Confident, personable and commercially minded
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Confident picking up the phone and starting conversations
- Is resilient and able to handle rejection
- Most importantly keen to learn, develop and build a genuine career in sales
