Sales Development Representative

Build pipeline. Build relationships. Build your career.

At ROI, we help shape the automotive industry through data-driven marketing, technology and sales innovation. Supporting over 70% of the UK automotive market, we work with leading OEMs, leasing companies and fleet providers to drive pipeline, performance and customer experience.

We’re now looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative who combines strong sales capability with consistency, ownership and commercial maturity.

If you're confident building relationships, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and motivated by delivering high-quality sales outcomes, this is an opportunity to work across complex automotive campaigns while developing your expertise within a progressive, high-performing environment.

The Role

As a high-skill Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving a qualified pipeline across OEM, leasing and fleet clients.

Working across complex prospecting campaigns, you'll use CRM and sales intelligence tools to identify opportunities, manage and optimise your pipeline and consistently deliver high-quality appointments and conversion outcomes.

You'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, apply structured sales methodologies and contribute to best practice, process improvement and innovation.

You’ll also support ROI’s continued leadership in AI-enabled sales strategies, blending data, insight and human conversation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
