About Us
Millions of people struggle to navigate later life, caregiving and care decisions. At KareHero, we're changing that.
We partner with employers, banks, insurers and leading consumer brands to deliver expert care navigation that helps people through some of life's most challenging moments.
Having established strong commercial traction, we're entering the next stage of growth and are looking for one of our first dedicated Sales Development Representatives.
You'll work directly with our commercial leadership team to build relationships with some of the UK's largest organisations, helping shape KareHero's commercial strategy as we scale.
If you enjoy opening doors, building relationships and creating opportunities that genuinely make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who thrives on creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
You'll be responsible for developing strategic outbound campaigns, opening conversations with organisations and building a high-quality pipeline across multiple sectors.
Unlike many SDR roles, success isn't measured by hundreds of cold calls each day. We value thoughtful research, personalised outreach and building relationships with the right organisations.
You'll have the opportunity to influence how KareHero approaches new markets while working closely with senior leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
