Computime UK, Leeds LS16
£25,000 basic, £34,000 OTE, uncapped commission
About us
Computime has been building workforce management software since 1989. Our systems handle time and attendance, absence, rotas, visitor management and access control for over 800 customers across the UK, from small teams to large multi site operations. We are a small, close knit team based in north Leeds, which means everyone here has real ownership of what they do.
The role
This is a junior sales role looking after two things: our existing customers and our inbound enquiries.
Most of our customers have been with us for years and only use part of what we offer. A big part of the job is talking to them, understanding how they work now, and showing them what else the system can do, whether that is moving from our installed software to our cloud product, adding the mobile app, or bringing in visitor management, fire roll call or access control.
The rest of the job is looking after new enquiries. People come to us through the website, free trials and the phone. You will respond to them quickly, find out what they need, and either help them yourself or bring in the right person to run a demo.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- qualifying what a prospect actually needs before anything is quoted

What we are looking for
