Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Development Representative role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads through outbound outreach, and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers. Daily activities include researching target accounts, reaching out via email, phone, and social channels, and setting up discovery meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating with marketing and sales colleagues on campaigns, and following up consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline. The Sales Development Representative will represent Sailia’s solutions professionally and clearly, helping prospects understand how the platform can support their business goals.

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Business Development to build and nurture relationships and support revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Comfort working with CRM and sales enablement tools; ability to manage data and follow structured processes.
  • Organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, software solutions, or experience/entertainment sector is beneficial.
  • Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or related fields.
