About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in our growth. You’ll open doors, start meaningful business conversations, and create high quality opportunities for our Sales team. This is a role built around insight, curiosity, and commercial thinking, not scripts.
We invest heavily in training and development, and it shows. Our average length of service is nine years because people grow, succeed, and choose to stay with us.
This role offers a clear route into professional sales with the freedom to be yourself, supported by the tools, coaching, and structure you need to perform at your best.
Responsibilities
- Engaging key decision makers through thoughtful, business-led conversations
- Understanding customer challenges, priorities, and commercial drivers
- Building strong B2B relationships that lead to high quality meetings
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities to consistently achieve KPIs
- Developing strong market knowledge and commercial awareness
- Using multichannel communication, including social selling, to maximise impact
- Contributing to consistently strong customer Net Promoter Scores by delivering a reliable, professional service experience in every customer interaction

Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- Resilience and curiosity, with the ability to think on your feet
- A proactive mindset and the motivation to succeed in outbound sales
- Self-motivation and the confidence to use your own initiative
- Experience engaging with customers directly, alongside a strong commitment to teamwork
- A healthy competitive streak and the ambition to grow and progress
