Our client works with over 4,000 clients and educates more than 500,000 road users every year, delivering everything from police-referred courses and driver compliance programmes to their world-first Continuum platform, the only all-in-one, data-powered solution for driver risk, compliance and training. They work with big brand names including Virgin Media, JLR, Transport for London, and multiple UK police forces.

Backed by Private Capital and led by an ambitious management team, they are in an active phase of growth, expanding their technology offering, broadening their client base, and continuing to build the commercial function that will take them to the next level.

The Opportunity

  • £28,000 basic salary + performance based OTE

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, expanding services by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients (prospects)
  • Book introductory calls or demos for the sales team
  • Work closely with and leverage selected partners to increase new opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their solutions, campaigns and target markets
  • Effectively promote vendor solutions to new prospects
  • Generate and nurture leads over the phone, email and social outreach
  • Accurately update the CRM systems with activity and opportunities

  • No previous sales experience is required, we provide training!
  • High energy, ambitious and passionate about a sales career
  • Hardworking, determined individual who is results driven
  • Self-starter equipped with tenacity, resilience and competitive streak
  • Strong communicator, with a desire to build long-term relationships
  • Exceptional rapport and relationships building skills
