Spanish-Speaking Business Development Representative (Entry Level)
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped OTE
Language Requirements: Fluent Spanish & English Required

We're partnering with an ambitious and rapidly growing technology business that is looking for a Spanish-speaking Business Development Representative to join its commercial team in London.

You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers across the UK and European markets, generating new business opportunities and helping drive the company's continued growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Researching and identifying potential customers within target markets.
- Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualifying new leads and uncovering business opportunities.
- Accurately maintaining prospect information within HubSpot CRM.
- Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understanding prospective customers' business challenges and needs.
- Booking meetings and creating qualified opportunities for senior sales colleagues.
- Working closely with Business Development Managers and Partnership teams to support revenue growth.
- Achieving and exceeding individual activity and performance targets.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales, business development, customer-facing, or lead generation role is advantageous but not essential.
- Around 1+ year of B2B or B2C commercial experience would be beneficial.
- An interest in technology, software, retail or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers over the phone and online.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is desirable but not required.
