Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and helping customers discover solutions that add real value to their business.

You'll:

  • Engage with existing Radius customers to uncover new energy opportunities and introduce relevant solutions.
  • Generate high-quality sales opportunities through outbound calls, customer conversations, and internal referrals.
  • Reconnect with previous prospects, enquiries, and dormant leads to reignite interest and create new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively.
  • Partner closely with Energy Sales Executives, helping convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Record customer interactions and pipeline activity accurately within our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed activity, referral, and pipeline targets while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
