We help companies thrive in the new AI-first era of business. Founded in 2005, Box simplifies work for leading global organizations, including JLL, Morgan Stanley, and Nationwide. Box is headquartered in Redwood City, CA, with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

By joining Box, you will have the unique opportunity to continue driving our platform forward. Content powers how we work. It’s the billions of files and information flowing across teams, departments, and key business processes every single day: contracts, invoices, employee records, financials, product specs, marketing assets, and more. Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Placement Student, you are on the frontline of Box's growth engine across EMEA. The SDR role is the launchpad for a career in technology sales and commercial strategy, serving as the very first touchpoint between Box and prospective enterprise clients—ranging from major global financial institutions and public sector organizations to fast-growing AI startups.

Working as an integral part of our collaborative London team, you will bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales by identifying high-value business opportunities, researching key accounts, and partnering closely with senior Account Executives. Throughout your 12-month placement, you won't just observe; you will actively build relationships with executive decision-makers, lead strategic outreach campaigns, and directly impact our revenue pipeline while gaining hands-on insight into how a high-growth cloud SaaS enterprise operates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Generate & Qualify Pipeline: Research, contact, and qualify potential enterprise accounts from inbound marketing leads, event attendees, digital campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders: Collaborate directly with Account Executives to strategize territory plans, map target accounts, and schedule discovery meetings with senior B2B decision-makers.
  • Lead Strategic Outreach Campaigns: Partner with the EMEA Marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns around key product launches, AI solutions, and market awareness initiatives.
  • Articulate Business Value: Engage in consultative business conversations via phone, email, zoom call, and social channels to understand client pain points and showcase how Box transforms content management.
  • Manage Commercial Data: Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospect interactions, and manage lead pipelines using Salesforce.com.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in impactful team initiatives across the wider Go-To-Market and Early Career communities, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
