Who We Are

C-Link is part of the E1 Group, a leading Construction Technology (ConTech) business helping transform the way the commercial construction industry manages subcontractor procurement.

Together, C-Link and E1 provide technology that helps contractors connect with their supply chains and make procurement simpler, smarter and more efficient. This role will represent and sell products across both C-Link and E1.

We're growing quickly in the UK and building the future of connected procurement for construction. We're still very much a start up at heart, which means moving fast, thinking big and having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on an industry ready for change.

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next stage of growth.

This is a pure outbound sales role. Your focus is simple. Find the right people, start conversations and book high quality discovery meetings for our Business Development Managers.

If you enjoy picking up the phone, thrive on opening doors and love the challenge of turning cold prospects into warm opportunities, you'll fit right in.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
