About

Every year, thousands of people fall into rent arrears they could have avoided, not because they couldn't pay, but because nobody reached them at the right moment. Our client builds the AI that fixes that, working out when and how to contact someone, then doing it automatically. It's already used across social housing and local government nationwide. Since private equity investment in 2023 they've grown fast, with new products launching this year and the team expanding.

The opportunity

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is crucial to our client's continued expansion. This is a strategic, consultative position where you'll bring creativity and curiosity to your outreach. Our client has a proven track record of developing talent, with previous SDRs progressing into Business Development roles within 18 months.

As part of your development, you'll also join the three-month Furza Sales Academy, including two weeks face-to-face training in Manchester. This programme provides high-quality, industry-leading training, with ongoing coaching from both Furza and our client to help you feel confident and thrive in the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
