Role Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a part-time, remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Velen & Vale. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Researching prospective clients
- Initiating outreach via email, social channels, and calls
- Generating qualified leads for the client services and business development teams

The SDR will maintain an organized pipeline, document interactions in CRM tools, and schedule introductory meetings with decision-makers in luxury, beauty, and investment sectors. This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine outreach messaging, share market feedback, and support the development of targeted campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying and qualifying prospects.
- Demonstrated Sales and Business Development abilities, including building and nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear, tailored outreach messages.
- Comfort working remotely, with solid time management, organization, and CRM or sales tooling proficiency.
- Prior experience in creative agencies, luxury, beauty, or professional services is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, curious, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
