Job Summary

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the Renewable Energy sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established leader in outsourced sales acceleration with 15 years of proven success. We are looking for a tenacious SDR to join our Newcastle-based team, acting as the frontline for high-growth clients in the green energy space. If you are a curious, coachable, and determined individual looking to build a career within a structured, high-performance environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct approximately 50 high-quality outbound calls per day to key decision-makers within the B2B Renewable Energy sector.
  • Consistently generate a minimum of 10 qualified outbound opportunities per month.
  • Manage and maintain a clean sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring all activity is logged accurately.
  • Execute proven sales methodologies to identify pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Renewable Energy or Green Tech sector.
  • Ability to work full-time from the office headquarters in Newcastle (UK/EU 9-5 hours).
  • Strong communication skills with an affable and professional phone manner.
  • A coachable mindset with a genuine desire to learn and implement new sales techniques.
  • Demonstrated determination to hit and exceed activity and conversion KPIs.
