Introduction
Techcare is one of Staffordshire's fastest growing Managed Service Providers. Since 2008 we've helped UK businesses with IT support, cyber security, cloud and networks. You'll be joining a small sales team, working alongside our current SDR, with more hires to come.
This year the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce named us Business of the Year and winner of their Customer Commitment Award. That's who you will be representing.
The Role
You'll be the first conversation a future client has with us, creating opportunities and opening the right doors. It's high-volume with real weekly targets, but our methods and tools get you to the phone fast, so your time goes on selling. Day to day, you'll:

- Research and identify the right businesses in our target markets
- Reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations and qualify interest
- Book discovery meetings for our senior sales team
- Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date, and hit your weekly targets
What You Will Need
- Proven experience in outbound sales, SDR or business development
- Confidence prospecting on LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and working a CRM
- A strong communicator, verbal and written
- Resilient: you take rejection in your stride and keep momentum through a busy day
- Organised and able to manage your own workload
- Curious about technology and how it helps businesses

- £30,000 base (OTE £42K)
