About Candidly

Candidly is transforming the way businesses recruit by enabling HR platforms, payroll providers, workforce management systems and industry software providers to offer a fully branded Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to their customers.

Rather than selling directly to employers, we partner with software companies to embed our white-label recruitment platform into their existing products, creating new revenue opportunities and a seamless hiring experience for their customers.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to help identify new partnership opportunities and build our sales pipeline.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for our commercial team by identifying, researching and engaging prospective partners across the UK and internationally.

This is a proactive outbound sales role where you'll use a combination of research, email, LinkedIn, phone and networking to build relationships with senior decision-makers.

You'll play a critical role in Candidly's growth by creating opportunities with HR technology providers, payroll companies, workforce management platforms, vertical SaaS businesses and recruitment organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective partner organisations that fit Candidly's ideal customer profile.
  • Build targeted outbound prospecting campaigns using email, LinkedIn and phone outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria.
  • Book high-quality meetings for the commercial team.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders including CEOs, Founders, Product Directors and Commercial Leaders.
  • Manage prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring all activity is logged.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target new sectors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Candidly at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities where appropriate.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly activity and meeting targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
