About the Company
Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-driven platform providing liquidity solutions to LPs in the private markets. We combine deep sector expertise with modern infrastructure to unlock liquidity across private equity, private credit, and real assets.
Your Role
Your job is to make the BD team better.
You’ll take ownership of the work that sits around the sales process — from researching prospects and preparing meetings, to joining calls, capturing actions, managing follow-ups, keeping the CRM clean, and maintaining high-quality data.
The goal is simple: give our BD Representatives more time to do what they do best — build relationships, develop opportunities, and progress business.
You’ll work closely with BD Representatives and senior leadership, becoming an integral part of how we identify, develop, and manage commercial opportunities.
You’ll need to be commercially sharp, highly organised, proactive, and obsessive about detail. You should naturally look for ways to make things easier, faster, and more effective for the people around you.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Business Development
- Research and identify high-potential prospects across target markets
- Build targeted prospect lists and support outbound prospecting campaigns
- Research companies, contacts, markets, and relevant commercial opportunities
- Engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels
- Create thoughtful, personalised outreach that generates engagement
- Qualify prospects and understand their business needs, priorities, and potential fit
- Book and coordinate meetings for the BD team
- Support BD Representatives in progressing prospects through the sales process
- Maintain a strong understanding of our target customers and ideal customer profile
- Track prospecting and meeting activity and help identify opportunities to improve our approach
- Test and refine messaging, targeting, and prospecting approaches

Meeting Support
- Attend prospect and client meetings alongside BD Representatives
- Prepare meeting briefs, background research, and relevant prospect information
- Take clear, structured notes during meetings
- Produce concise meeting summaries covering key discussion points, requirements, objections, opportunities, and agreed next steps
- Ensure actions and follow-ups are clearly documented and assigned
- Make sure all relevant information from meetings is captured in the CRM
- Support timely and effective follow-up after meetings
- Proactively identify anything the BD Representative needs before or after a meeting
- Help develop consistent and effective ways of preparing for and following up on meetings
CRM & Data Management
- Keep CRM records accurate, complete, and up to date
- Record prospect interactions, meeting notes, opportunities, contacts, and next steps
- Ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed
- Conduct regular data cleansing exercises
- Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate records
- Research and update prospect and company information where required
- Maintain high standards of data quality across the commercial team
- Help improve CRM processes and workflows where needed
- Ensure the BD team can rely on the CRM as an accurate source of information
- Support accurate pipeline and activity reporting
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, highly organised, commercially curious, proactive, and exceptionally detail-oriented.
You may already have SDR/BDR experience, or you may be an ambitious graduate looking to build a career in B2B sales. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, take ownership, and get things done.

You’ll ideally have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The confidence to participate in meetings with senior stakeholders
- The ability to listen carefully and turn complex conversations into clear, concise summaries
- A proactive, self-starting attitude
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- A high level of accuracy when working with data
- Comfort working with CRM systems and sales technology
- Resilience and a willingness to hear “no”
- A genuine interest in business, finance, technology, or financial markets
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions
- A team-first mentality and a genuine desire to make the people around you more effective
- The ability to spot what needs doing and get on with it without waiting to be asked
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential. We care more about attitude, intelligence, work ethic, attention to detail, and potential.

You’ll be successful if you:

- Ensure BD Representatives are properly prepared before meetings
- Produce accurate and useful meeting summaries
- Make sure every action and follow-up is captured and progressed
- Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and up to date
- Improve the quality of our prospect and company data
- Take ownership without needing to be constantly prompted
- Spot problems before they become problems
- Make the wider BD team faster, more organised, and more effective
- Become someone the BD team can rely on to make things happen
