This role is an opportunity to help build qualified sales pipeline across the European market for a leading manufacturing technology platform. You’ll be responsible for engaging prospective customers through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, events, strategic account outreach, and partner programs. As an early point of contact, you’ll help manufacturing organizations understand how modern software can improve operational efficiency, quality, and compliance. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Channel teams to support new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities. The role combines research, consultative communication, sales execution, and data-driven process improvement. You’ll join a collaborative environment where strong organization, initiative, and consistent execution directly contribute to revenue growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Research target accounts, identify relevant stakeholders and buying committee members, and develop personalized outreach strategies.
  • Build and manage prospect lists using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and related sales technologies.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule relevant meetings for Account Executives.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account Engagement Programs through targeted and personalized prospect engagement.
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries generated through campaigns, webinars, content downloads, demos, events, and other digital programs.
  • Qualify inbound leads, route appropriate opportunities to the right sales teams, and maintain timely follow-up in line with established lead-management SLAs.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing regarding lead quality, campaign performance, prospect engagement, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support trade shows and executive events through pre-event outreach, onsite lead qualification, engagement, and structured post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize pipeline generated through events and executive programs.
  • Support partner-generated pipeline through coordinated outreach, follow-up, partner webinars, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing on customer webinars, product adoption campaigns, and expansion initiatives, identifying and routing qualified expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, meeting notes, and opportunity updates.
  • Report regularly on pipeline creation, meetings booked, activity levels, and outreach performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SDR playbooks, messaging, processes, and outreach strategies based on prospect and campaign data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
