About Us

We are a fast-growing accountancy and tax advisory practice based in Manchester, working with businesses and property owners across the UK.

We are ambitious, entrepreneurial and building a modern professional services firm with a strong focus on growth, flexibility and rewarding performance.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a confident and driven Sales Development Representative to join our business development team.

This is an outbound sales role for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, speaking to business owners and decision-makers, and creating new opportunities.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

Your focus will be speaking to prospects, identifying opportunities, building relationships and progressing interested leads.

You should be extremely comfortable with cold calling. We expect a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day, alongside follow-ups and other business development activity.

You will also be encouraged to build your own network and attend relevant networking events, conferences and business events.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
