Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote

Overview

CV-BRIDGE LTD is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote UK-based team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, confidence speaking with new people, and an interest in sales, business development and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities
  • Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email and digital channels
  • Engage prospects and understand their needs
  • Qualify potential opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Build and manage a consistent prospect pipeline
  • Follow up professionally with prospective customers
  • Support business development activity and relationship building
  • Work towards agreed sales and activity objectives
  • Collaborate with wider sales and business teams

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and professional approach to speaking with new people
  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Resilient, positive and comfortable with outbound outreach
  • Previous sales, customer service, recruitment or other client-facing experience is beneficial
