Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote UK

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a remote UK-based team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll play an important role in connecting with prospective customers and supporting the wider sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with prospective customers
  • Reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and digital channels
  • Understand prospect needs and identify relevant opportunities
  • Qualify leads and support the development of the sales pipeline
  • Build professional relationships with prospective customers
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and activity within relevant systems
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and manage ongoing communications
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to support business development objectives
  • Develop a strong understanding of products, services, and customer needs

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and professional approach to speaking with prospective customers
  • Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, organised, and comfortable working towards objectives
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using digital platforms and CRM-style systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience is beneficial but not essential
