The Role

The successful SDR candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities at the top of the funnel and work closely with Business Development Managers to create qualified sales opportunities. As the first line of communication with prospects, you will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads as well as building new relationships to ensure the sales closer is set up for success. You will be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase the unique offerings of the business in a compelling way.

Main Responsibilities

  • Generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities to develop.
  • Establishing new, collaborative relationships with leaders across the global sales team.
  • Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline and identifying best practices.
  • Leveraging the use of outbound calling, video, LinkedIn, email & other social channels to build a wide commercial network.
  • Identifying and attending trade shows internationally to ensure we’re maximizing all opportunities with prospects in the industry.
  • Contributing to building and refining the outbound strategy to optimise sales efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Ideally has experience of one-year B2B outbound sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead generation targets.
  • High level of technical proficiency at Excel/Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
  • Highly organised and data driven.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn.
  • Openness to travel and attend business conferences and events.
  • Desire to work within a close-knit team of like-minded, sports fans & individuals.
