Join a growing technology business helping organisations across the construction sector solve complex connectivity challenges. You’ll be at the front of the sales journey, turning interest into qualified opportunities and building the foundations for long-term customer relationships!
Role Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with a steady flow of inbound, marketing-generated leads and turn initial interest into qualified sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with prospective customers, understanding their business challenges, requirements, and commercial priorities.
- Ask the right questions to identify where connectivity and technology solutions could add genuine value.
- Qualify opportunities effectively before handing them across to the wider Sales team with clear context and next steps.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, maintaining strong visibility across your pipeline and customer conversations.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality, share market feedback, and support revenue growth.
- Proactively identify and approach new prospects within target markets, with additional incentives for self-generated business.
- Build your knowledge of wireless connectivity, IoT, and wider technology solutions to have confident conversations with customers.
- Work towards clear performance targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

Main Skills Needed:
- Confident communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with prospective customers.
- Strong listening and questioning skills, with a naturally curious approach to understanding customer needs.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to recognise and qualify genuine sales opportunities.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing CRM activity and multiple prospects.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with the motivation to develop and achieve strong results.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Sales and Marketing teams.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or another customer-facing environment would be beneficial, but transferable skills and ambition are equally valued.
- An interest in building a long-term career within B2B technology sales.
