We are hiring a part-time, remote Sales Development Representative to execute outbound calling campaigns on behalf of our clients. This role involves direct phone engagement with target accounts, real-time objection handling, structured lead qualification, and booking sales-ready meetings for client sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calls to target accounts and key decision-makers
- Handle objections professionally and maintain conversation momentum
- Qualify leads against defined criteria, including ICP fit, intent, and authority
- Schedule sales-ready meetings directly with client teams
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of call outcomes in the CRM
- Continuously refine messaging and objection handling based on results

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound calling or inside sales
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
- Experience in B2B SaaS or services sales development is an advantage
