HR Duo is a fast-growing HR technology platform that brings Workforce Management, HR, Payroll, Performance Management, and Applicant Tracking together in one connected system. We support customers across the UK and Ireland from our offices in Birmingham and Brașov, and are expanding our UK sales team as part of our next growth phase.
The Role
As an SDR, you'll build our UK sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business prospects, and booking discovery meetings for our Account Executives. It's a great opportunity for someone with some outbound sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in tech sales, supported by structured coaching and our 12–18 month Sales Academy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research target businesses and decision-makers, and proactively reach out via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Have consultative conversations with prospects to understand their challenges and qualify genuine opportunities.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for the Account Executive team, and consistently hit pipeline targets.
- Use our CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline and improve conversion over time.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing, sharing insights and helping refine our outbound approach.

Key Skills and Competencies
- At least 1 year of outbound sales or telephone-based sales experience.
- Confident picking up the phone and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by winning new business.
- Organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious about how businesses operate and keen to keep learning and improving.
