📢 About the Role:
In full acceleration phase across Europe, we are preparing the next generation of learning powered by AI. To support this ambition, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound and qualification efforts on the UK market.
You will work closely with the Sales team to build a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Map potential leads, identifying relevant customer targets, and researching key information.
- Map industry sectors and relevant opportunities and momentum to create opportunities related to our value proposition.
- Prospect new sales targets (search, email sequences, events, LinkedIn outreach, calls).
- Plan and perform discovery calls with your prospects, using the MEDDIC sales process.
- Set up meetings with qualified leads for the Key Account Managers and Territory Managers, and team up with your account executive throughout the sales process.
- Report your activities in the CRM (HubSpot).
💡 What you'll bring to the Team:
- Creating quality email campaigns and phone scenarios adapted to sectors and companies.
- Providing a great phone elevator pitch.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn for sales activities.
- Reporting activities in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Ability and motivation to quickly develop strong knowledge of Rise Up's platform, use cases, competitive positioning, and common objections.
- Ability to quickly understand a prospect's business context, challenges, and needs.
- Ability to talk with C-level stakeholders.
- Resilience, persistence, and comfort working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong curiosity.
- Clear progression opportunities into a sales role based on performance.
- Wish to play a role in the development of an innovative and international company.
- Work efficiently and are self-driven.
- Comfortable weaving AI and data tools into your prospecting workflow, always on the lookout for new ways to work smarter.
