About SpotDraft
SpotDraft is an AI-native Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform built for high-growth companies. We make contracting fast, simple, and actually usable — legal teams using SpotDraft save 10+ hours a week and close deals 25% faster.
We're recognized by Gartner and Forrester, a Gold Sponsor at CLOC, and trusted by 500+ companies including Panasonic, Mixpanel, Airbnb, Abnormal and Chargebee.
We're a Series B company scaling fast, with real momentum behind us. This role is part of building that next chapter, not maintaining an existing one.
About the Opportunity
We're looking for a high-energy, Outbound-first Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a role designed for someone who wants to be the face of SpotDraft with prospects and at industry events.
You will be orchestrating complex outreach across social, phone, and in-person channels. If you have experience navigating the nuances of legal-tech or other complex enterprise business workflows and want a front-row seat to a scaling B2B SaaS rocket ship, this is it.
Requirements:
- 1.5–4 years of SDR experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Preferably selling to Legal, GCs or Procurement.
- A background in high-stakes workflow solutions. You understand how to sell software that moves the needle for legal, operations, or other complex business teams.
- Exceptional communication skills. You are as persuasive in a 30-second elevator pitch at an event as you are in a long-form strategic email.
- Outbound mentality. You don't wait for leads to hit your inbox; you have a proven track record of generating your own opportunities.
- Field readiness. You enjoy the "on-the-road" aspect of sales and are comfortable navigating a room full of senior executives.
- AI literacy. You use modern tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to personalize outreach at scale and move faster than the competition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
