About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience or strong familiarity with the AEC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach, and booking meetings with decision-makers in the architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, and related industries.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the AEC industry and can confidently communicate with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers, engineers, developers, and other construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients within the AEC industry.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect list of qualified leads.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
- Connect with decision-makers such as Architects, Contractors, Project Managers, Directors, and Business Owners.
- Introduce the company's outsourcing and technical services to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, project requirements, budget, and potential fit.
- Schedule qualified appointments and sales meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain consistent communication.
- Research companies, upcoming projects, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
- Meet agreed lead generation, outreach, appointment-setting, and conversion targets.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve prospecting strategies.

Requirements
- Strong experience in the AEC industry, with hands-on knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, Joinery, Millwork, or related fields, and a strong track record engaging or selling to clients in the UK or Ireland market.
- Proven experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, or similar lead-generation tools is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Must be available to start immediately.
