A European Application Security Platform Opens the UK Market
Xygeni protects the software supply chain: code, dependencies, CI/CD pipelines, secrets, and the AI now writing a growing share of production code. From our base in Spain, enterprise security teams across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC already rely on us. The UK is our next deliberate step, and this role leads the front of it.
This is a genuine market opening, not a territory handed over with an inherited list. If you want the experience of building a market rather than working one, that is exactly what this is.
What you will own
- Outbound prospecting into UK enterprise and mid-market accounts: financial services, technology, and regulated industries.
- The first conversation with CISOs, AppSec leads, and VPs of Engineering: enough technical fluency to earn the second one.
- Qualified meetings as your number, with the quality bar set by what sales actually accepts.
- Multi-channel sequences: email, LinkedIn, phone, and the UK security events and communities where these buyers actually are.
- Clean pipeline hygiene in HubSpot, and honest reporting on what the market is telling us.
- Early market intelligence: in a new market, what you learn in month two shapes the strategy in month four.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for
- 2+ years in outbound sales development in B2B SaaS, ideally selling technical or security products in the UK.
- Native or near-native English and a working knowledge of how UK enterprise security teams buy.
- Comfort with a cold start. There is no warm network here yet, and building one is the job.
- Resilience, in the specific sense this job requires: you can run a disciplined outbound motion for months and stay sharp.
- Comfort with AI tools for research, personalisation, and sequence building. We expect more accounts covered per hour, not more generic emails.
