Sales Development Representative
Bombe is on a mission to help businesses understand exactly what drives their customers, and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to get that message in front of the right people. If you love meeting new people, thrive on the chase and don't take "no" personally, this is your chance to work directly with our CEO and play a central role in the growth of a fast-moving AI scale-up.
About Bombe
Bombe combines machine learning with proprietary polling data to predict what customers will buy, where, and why, with an accuracy of up to 95%. We connect directly into clients' sales systems to turn that insight into revenue: spotting underperforming markets, sharpening targeting, and helping brands, venues, non-profits, and public sector organizations make smarter, faster decisions.
Co-founded in 2024 by CEO Mike Joslin, who spent his career applying data strategy to major political campaigns before turning his focus to business, Bombe has already been featured in the BBC, Politico, and The Guardian. We're a close-knit, ambitious team based at Level39 in One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, and we're growing fast.
The Role
This is a front-line, new business role currently reporting directly to the CEO, this will move to Sales Director in the future. Your job is to open doors: finding the right organizations, starting conversations, and turning them into qualified opportunities. You'll work side by side with Mike, learning how he sells, sitting in on senior-level conversations, and helping shape how Bombe goes to market as we scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
