Mitti by SafetyCulture is a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. Every permanent team member gets equity, so when we grow, you do too. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership.

Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.

As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, customer centric, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team.

This is an opportunity to pursue a career in a collaborative, and customer centric sales environment where you will be speaking to customers daily and helping get the maximum value from the use of our platforms. With hands-on training and mentorship, you will be coached on how to have a consultative approach to business development while learning from top performing leaders and peers.

About You

  • Resilient and strong in objection handling
  • Inquisitive and skilled at asking the right questions to get to the root of a problem
  • Obsessed with solving customer problems and have a track record of going above and beyond for customers
  • Team focused. You will work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders
  • Ambitious. You want to excel and are super excited about having a career in tech sales
  • Ideally, you bring experience prospecting new leads from creative sources (Desirable, not essential)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
