THE ROLE

As part of our continued growth, Vohkus is looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or accelerate their career in technology sales. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals, specialist teams and leading technology vendors to identify opportunities, generate pipeline, and support revenue growth.

As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will play a key role in creating new business opportunities and helping organisations understand how technology can solve real business challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Directors and Sales Specialists.
  • Identify customer challenges and position relevant Vohkus solutions and services.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within CRM systems.
  • Achieve agreed activity, opportunity generation and pipeline targets.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and development programmes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive attitude and desire to succeed in sales.
  • Self-motivated, organised and target driven.
  • Confident engaging with people at all levels.
  • Curious, commercially minded, and eager to learn.
  • Resilient, determined, and comfortable working towards goals.

Desirable

  • Previous sales, customer service, lead generation or retail experience.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Interest in technology and the IT industry.
