Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is focused on building new business opportunities across the APAC Market (& Australia TBC), driving pipeline through proactive outreach, and supporting our sales and partner ecosystem.

You will have a solid track record of hitting and exceeding targets, demonstrate career stability, and thrive in a collaborative environment working alongside partners, account managers, and the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and qualify potential new customers across APAC through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Target of 8 Enterprise opportunities per month over 1k users.

  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partners and account managers to coordinate campaigns, share intelligence, and maximize joint opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs including activity metrics, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution.
  • Market Insight: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the UK & Ireland market, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • CRM Discipline: Accurately log and track activities, ensuring data integrity and visibility of pipeline progression.
  • Team Contribution: Support a high-performance sales culture by sharing best practices and contributing to team success.
