Role Description

The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds. This position focuses on engaging prospective customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating with sales and business development teams to understand client offerings, refine messaging, and meet or exceed activity and conversion targets. The Sales Development Representative is expected to provide professional, customer-focused communication at all times and contribute to continuous improvement of telemarketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with experience in outreach and qualifying prospects.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Sales skills, with the ability to manage objections and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Business Development skills, including identifying opportunities and supporting account growth.
  • Relevant experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, basic data entry, and performance tracking is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Leeds, meet call and activity targets, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset and willingness to learn industry and client-specific offerings are highly valued.
