Let's be honest. The world of work has changed.

People want flexibility, trust, and a role that fits around their lives, not the other way around. At Purple Demand, we get that because our team is built around it.

We're growing our Telemarketing team and looking for people who enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and spotting opportunities. If you've got telesales or telemarketing experience, great. If you don't know the technology world yet, that's fine too. We'll teach you the bits that matter.

What makes Purple... Purple?

  • Work from home, hybrid, part-time, or full-time, whatever works for you
  • School-run-friendly hours (yes, really)
  • A team made up of parents, career switchers, seasoned professionals, and fresh starters
  • A commission plan that rewards effort, not burnout
  • A culture built on trust, kindness, respect, and integrity
  • Ongoing training, support, and development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
