Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Salisbury (5 Days On-Site)
£28,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Performance Bonus + Company Benefits
Are you a motivated Sales Development Representative looking to join a growing business where you can play a key role in driving revenue, developing long-term customer relationships, and progressing your career within a high-performing sales environment?
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join a dynamic team focused on generating high-quality opportunities through outbound outreach and account development. Working with existing customers and targeted prospect lists, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the wider sales team.

The role will suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building rapport, and working towards measurable targets. You'll play a key role in nurturing existing relationships while also identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
The Role
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage existing customers and prospect lists to generate qualified opportunities
- Book high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Manage activity, pipelines, and customer records through HubSpot
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise lead conversion
The Person
- 1+ years' experience in sales development, inside sales, or a similar role
- Confident making outbound calls and engaging with customers
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
