- Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients
- Supporting customers to get the most value from the technology
- Working with internal teams to deliver a smooth and consistent service
- Spotting opportunities to introduce additional solutions where appropriate
- Keeping organised records and contributing to overall account success
