What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, with a focus on effective sales techniques.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite for analyzing data and understanding sales metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Independent worker who values being part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven ability and confidence in conducting cold calls as a primary outreach method.

In This Role, You Will

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels to generate new sales leads.
  • Conducting cold calls as a primary outreach method.
  • Coordinate with Sales Executives to schedule client meetings or calls.
  • Report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights for growth strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with our latest products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Ensure accurate and current client information within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed company goals.
  • Identify and understand client needs to suggest the most appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, aiming for mutual success.
