The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers across Mipa Paints’ core sectors. This role involves:

- Identifying new business opportunities
- Conducting virtual and on-site sales presentations where required
- Providing technical product guidance to support customer decisions
The Sales Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Delivering product and system training to customers
The role also involves:
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Providing feedback to management
- Contributing to sales initiatives and promotional campaigns in all coatings sectors
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present technical information in an accessible way.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and ongoing account support.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
- Training skills, with the ability to deliver product and system training sessions to customers and partners.
- Sales Management-related skills, such as territory planning, forecasting, and reporting on sales activities.
- Experience in paints, coatings, automotive, industrial, or defence sectors is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, plus strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites when required is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, sales, or a technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
