Role Description
The Sales Development Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients for Park Square Clinic’s aesthetic and wellness services. Day-to-day activities include:

- Researching and generating leads
- Conducting outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
- Scheduling consultations for the clinical team

The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and clinical staff to align messaging, understand service offerings, and provide a positive, informative experience to potential clients. This role also includes meeting activity and conversion targets while representing the clinic’s values of care, professionalism, and client-focused service.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening
- Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, address concerns, and deliver a supportive client experience
- Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, follow structured sales processes, and meet conversion goals
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry or reporting is beneficial
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industries is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
