Location: Blackburn (on-site)
Pay: £26,520.00 per year + Bonus

Job Description:
Do you have a passion for sales and giving great customer service? Gap Plastics Blackburn has a new position in its Sales Development Team.

Working in the Sales Development Team we are looking for a customer service focused individual who can take on the responsibility of contacting prospects and customers to sell our products and services.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email.
  • Convert leads or prospects into sales and revenue.
  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions GAP can offer the prospect.
  • Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded.
  • Upsell additional products.
  • Report weekly goals and objectives to management.
  • Ensuring you work towards achieving company KPI’s.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company and industry developments.
  • Build lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Manage own workload and time to meet the customer’s requirements

You:

  • Demonstrable experience of great sales and customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • IT literate.
