Our Client
A well-established industrial services and engineered solutions provider is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Sales Director to lead its UK commercial function. Operating across specialist technical sectors, the business supports complex industrial operations through product innovation, tailored services, and long-term customer partnerships.
The Role
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s sales strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, improving margin performance, and expanding market presence across key industrial sectors. Working as part of the senior leadership team, you will lead a national team of sales and marketing professionals, supporting the execution of business development plans, customer retention, and product positioning.
