Job Title
Few&Far is working with a seed-stage startup that helps asset managers get more meetings and mandates with allocators and consultants. The sale is to institutional sales and consultant-relations leaders. The product is the network layer for that work. London-founded; backed by LocalGlobe, General Catalyst and Sie Ventures.
What you’ll do
- Sell with the founders, then without them. Join enterprise conversations with asset managers. Learn the pitch from the people who built the company. Hold that same passion and precision when you are in the room alone.
- Run a high-stakes cycle. Prospecting, discovery, demo, commercial conversation, and close on six- and seven-figure software deals. Over time you own that cycle end to end.
- Network as part of the job. Show up in the vertical. Make introductions. Maintain relationships. Live the behaviour the product is built for.
- Bring the market back in. What buyers object to, what language works, who actually signs. Feed that to product and the founders.
- Keep the book clean and organized. Names, firms, stages, and dates are right.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What matters most
- Enterprise sales craft. You can run a real cycle with asset-management buyers: prepare, listen, handle complexity, and advance the deal.
- Openness to networking. You are energized by people and relationships. This is a small vertical, everyone knows everyone.
- Seriousness and reliability. You belong in a professional institutional setting.
- Presence, preparation, and follow-through are part of the product. The founders can put you in front of a buyer and not worry.
- Ownership. You have created sales process before, not only executed someone else’s playbook. You build it, run it, and improve it.
