Hotel Director of Sales - 55k + 20% Bonus
Our client, a well-established Hotel based in Edinburgh, is on the lookout for a confident and experienced Director of Sales to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. This is a permanent role, perfect for a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in the hospitality sector. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building excellent client relationships, and motivating the team to achieve ambitious targets. - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement sales plans
- Experience in the Scottish hotel and accommodation market is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
